Martham pilates class up and running
I’m pleased to announce that I’ve started up a new Martham Pilates class on Mondays at the Martham Community Centre on Playing Field Road (just of Rollesby Road).
Martham is an ideal location with good parking availability and easy access from many Broadland villages. The class can accommodate up to 12 people per session, and is aimed at beginners.
So gather a couple of friends and put the date in your diaries – Mondays at 4:30pm – to add a bit of me-time and well-being into your busy lifestyle.
