Online Pilates classes, stay active at home
Online Pilates is here! We are, out of the blue, living through one of the most challenging times in recent history. Despite all this, technology offers up ways to replace much of what we are missing. We can shop online, chat all day with video calling, experience live theatre streams, browse famous galleries, learn from online courses and exercise in our front rooms as fitness instructors offer online classes.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve honed my digital skills and have moved to online Pilates classes. You can now watch a sample class, hosted in my beautiful Norfolk Pilates studio where the only noises, other than the Pilates, are the birds! From this studio, I record video classes as well as teaching online group classes and one-to-ones where I can give valuable feedback. Live classes benefit from human contact…chit-chat and interaction go a long way at a time of isolation.
The online Pilates options
- BASIC: one recorded video class per week, £20 for 4 weeks (options for beginner/improving and intermediate)
- STANDARD: one recorded video class per week plus a weekly live group class (on zoom), £30 for 4 weeks
- VIP: one recorded video class per week plus a weekly one-to-one class (on Zoom), £45 for 4 weeks
“I am finding your videos a good substitution for the class and it helps that I am used to your teaching style and the different movements.”Jackie
Staying active at home at this time is critical to both your mental and physical wellbeing. As a Body Control Pilates teacher, you can be assured that my classes are of high quality and will be made appropriate for you. I truly hope we’ll get back to the usual routine soon but, in the meantime, get in touch to discuss the best online Pilates option for you.
I look forward to hearing from you. Stay well,
