Weekly Pilates classes in Norfolk and online

I am pleased to say that from 7 September 2020, I will return to running physical Pilates classes in Norfolk venues. I have worked with the venues to ensure any changes in days or times is minimal, however some alterations have had to be made to allow for heightened cleaning regimes. My physical classes are mainly to the north east of Norwich. See below for the locations of my current classes and further information.

During the UK lockdown I launched online classes, both recorded and live, which I will continue to run, meaning that you can join from further afield!

Changes due to Covid-19

Due to new restrictions and the requirement to create ‘bubbles’ for each group, I can no longer offer pay-as-you-go or drop-in classes. All classes must be pre-booked in blocks. If you can’t attend a session, you can catch up by either joining a group Zoom class or a receiving a recorded class.
