Weekly Pilates classes in Norfolk and online

I run a number of Pilates Classes online and in Norfolk venues mainly to the north east of Norwich. See below for locations, times and further information.


Acle Recreation Centre (Bridewell Lane, Acle, Norfolk, NR13 3RA):

5.30pm (intermediate)

6.45pm (beginners / improvers)


Hickling Barn (Tate Loke, Hickling NR12 0YU):

8am (beginners)

9.15am (intermediate)


Honing Village Hall, The Street, Honing (nr North Walsham) NR28 9AB:

Group classes in venues: £48 for a block of six

Group classes via Zoom: £40 for a block of six

Recorded classes: £30 for a block of six

One to one at a venue: £250 for a block of six (or £45 for a single class)

One to one via Zoom: £160 for a block of six (or £30 for a single class)

Changes due to Covid-19

Due to new restrictions and the requirement to create ‘bubbles’ for each group, I can no longer offer pay-as-you-go or drop-in classes. All classes must be pre-booked in blocks. If you can’t attend a session, you can catch up by either joining a group Zoom class or a receiving a recorded class.

When attending physical classes during the pandemic:
Face masks must be worn up to the point of our first exercise. Once started, you may remove your mask. When the last exercise is complete, please put your mask on again. You are welcome to wear your mask during the class, if you wish.
2 metres social distancing must be adhered to once inside the room/hall, when waiting for the class to start, and when exiting afterwards. 
Minimise waiting time before the class by staying in your car if you are early, or arriving as close to the start time as possible.
